Question: I Have Just Had A Filling!.!. Can I!.!.!?!?

I have just had a filling, its a white one, they put green gel in the whole and hardend it!.!. anyways!.!. can i eat!? im scared to just in-case it comes out!.!. i am not going to eat anything sticky
So if i can eat what can i eatt!?!?
