Answers:
the pain is like your jaw or gums being really sore
do not get light colors, light yellow, light green, clear, all those colors will make your teeth look really nasty, plus the clear ones will turn yellow over time!. get any other colors but those!.
you can eat just about anything, but it bite size pieces, like pork chops, in tiny tiny pieces, or you will break you braces!.
don't eat carrots or apples unless they are super tiny or like apple sauce, and don't eat caramel or anything like that because it will stick to your braces and cause problems, don't chew gum unless it is orbit or trident because those don't stick you your teeth!.
for me the pain usually lasts a week with no aspirin, but it lasted last month for 3 days!. you get used to it over time!.
just take normal aspirin or use that baby numbing stuff
be careful in cold weather and with cold drinks, its like a double wammy on your mouth, ouch!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first time you get them your teeth feel really sensitive so forget eating solids for the first week or so!. I used a teether as sad as that sounds it works!. You can use Advil if you cant stand it!. After you start eating solids you just have to watch what you eat!. Chew mostly with your back teeth!. Like the person above me said about eating apples and stuff thats true cut them up into tiny slices!. Get a water pick or something for brushing your teeth it makes it easier to clean!. Mouth wash after meals is good it gets all the junk out of your braces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
