HELLPP!! teeth whitening?!

When i first had my braces put onto my teeth the dentist told me that so many things will stain my teeth so every timee i had Cherryade or cola or anything with alot of sugar in it i had to brush my teeth for 7 minuets !

I didnt keep to it ! lol

But i did bush my teeth for 7 minuets every morning and everynight and flossed and also mouth wash and i would say within a month my teeth were sparkling white !

Seriously i had never had teeth so white , so i kept brushing lol
