Question: Braces today help help help
I didn't get spacers but im scared at 2:10 im getting the impressions and the braces and im totally freaked plzz help what is it like having braces and don't say hurts like hell that will only make it worse and also what color should I get im like so nervouse please help me quick i only have 3 hours I just need advice!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Braces do not hurt
after you get them you may feel a lil sore or tender but that's about it
nothing serious
and there is NOTHING to be nervous about
just relax hun!

you should get a light color
like baby pink or baby blue
or a soft purple
lighter colors like that are nice looking and braces are less noticeable
but never get colors like orange and yellow because it will make it look like your teeth are yellow
i still have people come up to me in school and ask me when did i get braces lol
and i had them for like 2 years almost!

you're not getting them today! you get them a couple of weeks after the impressions cause they have to make the braces custom fit your mouth, the impression tastes really nasty! i have braces right now, when they put them on you dont notice, the first 20mn are painless but then your mouth feels pressured but it isnt extreme pain just for the first 3 days eat soft foods and on the 4th day it may be uncomfortable to eat like burgers and hotdogs but i assure you within 2 weeks you will not notice! flossing is the only hard thing to doWww@Answer-Health@Com
Well i got my braces in October and I'm telling you now i was about as bad as you are now! Impressions are just a mould to see what your teeth are like!. It's actually quite cool to see after! After my mould i had my braces put on!. Before the dentist puts them on he will probably clean your teeth a bit beforehand!. When he was doing mine i didn't even realise he was putting my brace on! You may think i'm lying but seriously you can't feel a thing! After your teeth may feel really tight!. I'm not going to lie you may be on liquids (soup & ice cream are best) for about 4days'!. After that you just go back very six weeks to have them tightened!. Every time you have them tightened it hurts again, but only after!. They tell you not to eat many things and drink certain stuff, but i always do! I guess you just have to be careful!. Anyway I am waiting to get my bottom one put on now and i can't wait!. My top teeth are virtually straight!. It's amazing to see the difference it makes!

well i got my braces this morning and they really dont hurt that much!. like on a scale 1 to 10 for me right now they are a 3!. its kind of hard to eat though!. and calm down they dont hurt as hell trust me!.!.!. they hardly hurt at all! but they will hurt for a few days though!.
and for the colors i got light blue and light purple!. i think those colors r cute together so i think u should get thoses colors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spacers are the worst part, so feel lucky that you didn't need them!. Braces DO NOT hurt!. It is kind of like putting fake fingernails on!. We just stick a little bracket to your teeth and then you will get the lightest wire to start!. The very worst part is giving up foods that you like!. Nachos tacos chips peanuts popcorn!. Anything hard sticky gooey crunchy and chewy can and will break braces!. Light blue looks the best on braces!. It makes the silver POP!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
