Depends what kind of bleach or bleach-like chemicals!. Peroxide is great for teeth whitening, and baking soda, which is not a type of bleach and is a salt, is great for teeth whitening too! The ingredient in tooth whitening bleach is Carbamide Peroxidde, not hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide won't bleach your teeth)!. You can try Crest White Strips! They work great!.
