darker stand out more dude depends i use to change mine all the time, blacks always a good one green, blue's purples!. but yeah dont worry its actually just the bands which get changed alot anyways so u can always change them when u go next time so just choose something u feel like on the day, coz in next say 2 months u can change them, free of charge when u go visit nextWww@Answer-Health@Com
i like colours, in general, that stand out mroe than others as well!.!.!.but think about when you have your braces on!. then will you want a colour on each bracket that really stands out!?

WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT GET YELLOW!!!! THAT COLOR WILL MAKE YOUR TEETH LOOK VERY DIRTY AND UNCLEAN, ESPEACIALLY FROM A DISTANCE! IT REALLY DEPENDS ON YOUR AGE!.!.!.!.!. 10-15 PINK WORKS WELL, 15 OR OLDER!.!.!. i WOULD STICK WITH WHITE, PEARL, CLEAR, OR IF YOU LIKE A LITTLE COLOR STICK WITH THE LIGHT PEARL COLORS! oR HECK IF YOU CANT DECIDE PICK DIFFERENT COLORS, i REMEMBER I COULDNT DECIDE SO i CHOSE 5 DIFF COLORS! clear, yellow and orange, light clors like that make you look like you ahve yellow teeth!.
if you want them to pop, i would say like a neon blue, green or pink!.

I don't really know much about braces but I would say get NO color!. Or the most natural/neutral!. Getting big bright colors across your teeth makes you look a bit childish in my opinion!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dark colors, like blue or purple!.!.!.one time, my friend got yellow and from far away she looked like she had awful teeth (worse than before the braces) !Www@Answer-Health@Com
