Well its both!. Its both bad and good!.
I mostly eat what want to eat, just be careful when eating it, cause if it gets stuck, then u have to either brush or pick it out of your braces!.

Yah, but just make sure to chew with only the top/bottoms of your teeth and avoid rollup contact with sides!. Make sure to brush just in case! Www@Answer-Health@Com
