i got my braces off yesterday!. so my gums are really swollen so it's hard to like pick at it!.
i've been trying to get it out for like 15 minutes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't try to pull it from the front!.

There will be these things in the back of the retainer!.

Pull it up from there!.

Take it out by pulling the back wires!.
It took me half an hour to take out mines on the first day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u have to pull it from the back or try pushing it off with ur tongue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
