Question: I have braces and around my tooth, my gum is swollen!. Can you tell me how I can make it go down

I had braces for two years and the same thing happened to me!. Your gums become inflamed because there is bacteria surronding it, like food stuck in your braces!. To make it go down simply get some floss or that pick device they give you, dip it in mouthwash and floss around the area!. It will bleed and that will just be because of you getting the bacteria and they gum being swollen!. After you finish flossing, brush your teeth really well, then gargle with some mouthwash and its most likely going to sting but give it a few hours and trust me your gums will do down!.
