I want blinding white beautiful teeth, what sort of whitening strips should i us!

I have found the old-school chrest white stripes work best (the ones that you do twice a day for two weeks)!.!.!.I have also tried the premium ones and the whiting retainer-like thingsAlso!.!.!.i brush occasionally with salt!.!.!.the grains seem to get rid of plaque!.!.!.but this is bad to do too often!.Lysterine whitening is also good to useWww@Answer-Health@Com

I honestly don't really have a whole lot of faith in the strips!. I've found that the best and fastest way to whiten, is to have your dentist do it!. My dentist actually gave me a take-home kit (I think it was called BriteSmile)!. It was like 200 bucks but my teeth were REALLY white for like 5 months before I had to do it again!.!.!. It was WAY worth the price and didn't taste nearly as bad as the strips do, and didn't leave my teeth feeling dingy and exposed!. Be careful when you're shopping around for whitening products!. A lot of the pastes and kits that are available have particles in them that can scratch the enamel of your teeth and create more crevices for bacteria to grow!. Also, some of the products out there actually harm the enamel and slowly eat away at it, and can cause cavities or major tooth sensitivity!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

:soak it in water
:get Baking Soda, tap a little off
:brush
:spit
:wash mouth
:brush teeth
