Question: Has anyone had a problem with grinding their teeth, did it do damage
I've been under a lot of stress lately and have gotten into the habit of clenching my teeth together, and I don't know if I'm doing it at night or not!. Has anyone else had this issue and had it end up causing problems or damage to their teeth!? I don't think that there's been any or too much wear so far and I don't know if I should get a night guard or not!. Any experiences!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
