Ahhhh!.!.!.Ok, now pay attention Grasshopper, freshly eaten food is not the only thing that creates plaque!.!.!.left over food from evening eating you don't see and of course the chemical content of saliva, sinus drainage and even regurgitated food, belches and such that happens after the last brushing can provide substances that build up on your teeth over night!. If you doubt this, just get up and breath into the face of a loved one and watch the expression on their face!.!.!.or breath deeply into a small sack or plastic bag and then inhale through your nose!.!.!.!.And by the way, keep this in mind!.!.!.!.the first two layers of plaque are invisible, it takes three layers and up to gather food stains you can actually see!.!.!.so when you see stains on your teeth you can know they are there because the plaques is three or more layers thick!.!.!.and it takes awhile even for one layer to attach!.!.!.!.Tell you what, do the ultimate TEST!.!.!.get up, walk to the sink, place four drops of food coloring in a spoon, preferably RED, rinse your mouth for 20 seconds, then rinse with clear water and then smile at your self in the mirror!.!.!.Then brush all the RED away because it's stained plaque your looking at!. If you do not brush your teeth at night the plaque, bacteria, and germs will build overnight and get worse therefore you must brush to get it all out!. But, if you brush your teeth at night and do not consume anything after, you have nothing to worry about and the brushing is just to freshen your breath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
