Retainer????????????!
Question: Retainer!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!.!.!.
Is it true after your have your brace's taken off you have to wear your Retainer 24 hours a day and the only time you can take it off is to eat and brush your teath but then after that you have to put it back on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

im getting my braces off in 2 weeks and the day after there
goin to deliver my retainer cuz your teeth can move back to being
crooked again pretty fast so yeah!. i have to wear a permenant retainer on mt bottom and then another one on top but i can take it off when i eat i have to wear it 24\7 and then after a year i only have to it at night
