I'm not sure!. Is it possible you grind your teeth some at night!? I know drinking can make you grind even more than you otherwise would!. This would explain the chewing problems, which may be due to jaw pain!? Most people that grind their teeth have no knowledge that they do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
