or worsen it!? It's like, really bad now, there's almost no tooth, it hurts so badWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The tooth needs to be pulled by a dentist!. They will numb the tooth first!. After that, you will feel much much better! Get there as soon as you can in the morning!.

Until then, take 600mg ibuprofen (Advil)!. Wait 4 hours (or as long as you can) and take 1000mg tylenol!. Every 4 hours alternate taking the ibuprofen and tylenol!. This gives you the most relief - you might not need that much, but definitely don't take more than that!. That is the maximum!. It should allow you to manage the pain until you can see the dentist!.

The pain is because the decay (cavity) has reached the sensitive nerve inside the tooth!. The pain will come and go until the nerve has a final flare up and dies!. This might be the stage you are at now!. After the nerve dies, you can develop an abcess under the tooth and infection!. If the tooth starts to feel better, go to the dentist anyway!. The tooth is not going to heal itself!. Even if the pain gets better, it will come back again until the dentist removes the decay and infection!.

Tooth pain can be excruciating!. I hope you feel better soon! :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take 800 mg of ibuprofen every four to six hours until you can be seen by the dentist!. You can't pull out a cavity!. You'll either need a filling, a root canal, or have it extracted all together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
