My brother still has all of his baby teeth, and he's fourteen. Is this a big!

Question: My brother still has all of his baby teeth, and he's fourteen!. Is this a big problem!?
My brother went to the dentist the other day, and the dentist told him that he still has all of his baby teeth, and there's no sign of adult teeth coming in!. I noticed that he has some space between them, but he's never complained of any problems, and he doesn't have any cavities!. Is this going to be an issue later in life!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Has he been given a panorex!? It is an x-ray of the entire mouth!. Does he have teeth under the baby teeth!? If not then he may have a condition called ectodermal dysplasia!. There are other conditions it could be as well!. But this would have to be determined by the dentist!.

For myself I was born with a condition where I had extra teeth as well as my regular teeth!. I never lost my baby teeth because I had extra teeth between my permanent teeth that had to be removed!. It is the permanent teeth pressing up against the baby teeth that make the tooth roots dissolve so that the tooth falls out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a problem because his jaw could get used to accomodating the baby teeth and not allow room for his grown up ones!.!.!.!.Did the dentist take an x-ray!? Maybe you should get a second opinion!. Good luck and thanks for caring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
