I hear dairy products (along with any yeast products of course) should be avoided!?

Do not eat any dairy products or drink beer for 10 days after you get your piercing!. If you do you will be at risk of getting a yeast infection on your tongue!. Gently rinse your mouth with antiseptic mouth wash diluted 50:50 with water after eating and drinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can eat and drink whatever you want and as far as cleaning it you should do fine with just cleaning it once a day or when you brush your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
