Bleeding gums comes from gum disease!. You can brush too hard or have too stiff of a brush!. Also, you need to floss at least once per day!. And use a mouth wash for a minimum of 30 seconds at least once a day!. All of this will stabilize your gums, but not cure them!. You need to see a dentist to have your teeth descaled!. That is where they take the tartar off the teeth below the gum line!. Then continue with good dental care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go c ur dentist / dental hygienist about getting a "scaling" done 1st and foremost!. they will professionally remove any tartar and calculus that has collected and is causing the bleeding!.

then consider using a mouthwash after brushing ur teeth!. consult ur dentist about which one and what concentration u should use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may need to brush your gums harder!. My dentist said the same thing to me because my gums bleed, too!.

Arch your toothbrush up into your gums so you're brushing them also!. They may bleed, but if you keep it up, they'll stop after a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
