Question: Getting braces!.!.and super nervous!.!.!.!.hellp
k so im gettin braces on the 20th!.!.!.and i wanna know is it really painful getting the put in!.!.!.!.and will it change my face shape a lot!? i have a roundish face!.!.!.kinda chubby!.!.!.am i going to look funny!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had my braces on for three and a half years (I'm actually getting them off on the 20th!. What a coincidence) and like you, my face is rounder!. I noticed a change in the shape of my face over the course of the treatment and you will too, especially if you have an overbite!.
Its not particularly painful getting them on, but the inside of your cheeks will most likely be irritated by the rough surface of the brackets!. If you are going to have any sort of appliance put in your mouth in addition to the braces, it will hurt- not gonna lie!.
You won't look funny with your braces!. Just think of how great you'll look once they're off!
I'm not sure how long you'll have braces!. It could take anywhere between 1 and 3 years!. My best advice to getting them off ASAP would be wear your rubberbands and brush frequently (including your gums)!.

Your mouth will be pretty sore for a while!. The pain goes away but it returns every time you go in to get them tightened!. You get used to it though!. Just stick to soft food and take some tylenol!. I don't think it will change the shape of your face but your top lip will stick out a little bit!. Don't be nervous, you'll be fine!. Good luck and don't worry, you'll end up looking great!. Just remember!.!.!.beauty is pain!.
It depends on how bad your teeth are!. I had a really bad overbite and they had to pull a bunch of teeth so mine would spread out evenly!. I wore mine for three years!.!.!.but it was well worth it!. I get compliments all the time on how nice and straight my teeth are!. Plus when I close my mouth, my teeth arent showing anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get braces in 3 days!! ( :) ) I'm really excited, i want straight teeth!. - I wouldn't be too too scared , i here that it doesn't hurt to get them on, they just might feel a little sore after, ( but that's just part of it because they got to straighten out, ) U will Probably notice a difference a few days after they go on!.

it only hurts a little & for a few days after you get them put in & some times after band changes but its nothing to worry about!. you wont look funny, youll be fine!. it will be worth the minor pains in the end!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no just take advil before you have them put on and by the time the pain should kick in the advil starts!. no pain!! but it shouldnt change your face shape!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
