the best way i have found to pull a tooth is to bite down on some hard caramel or some sort of a sucker or something!.
and bite hard so your tooth goes into it and pull on the caramel or sucker and it comes out!.
another way would be wiggling it until it comes very loose and pull it!.

Make sure your tooth is dry and your fingers as well for better grip, and slowly twist it over a period of about 15 minutes!.!.!. longer if it isn't very loose!. I've done this for about 3 of my teeth!. (one wasn't even loose, I was just bored and wanted all my baby teeth gone!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i was little, i just took a kleenex and yanked it out!. yeah it sucks at the moment but its usually the fastest way!.

i always just figeted with it with my tounge to help get it out!.!.!.or you could wrap a piece of string around it and pull both ends but that isnt very fun!.!.!.but then again, pulling a tooth isnt!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
let her play with it for a bit, make it more felxible, then get a napkin and rip the thing out! or twist and pull
