Question: Arm and Hammer Toothpaste
Okay, I have looked up whitening methods and stuff here on yahoo answers, and I have figured out that baking soda seems to work!.!.!. But now I am seeing a lot of answers saying it is bad for your teeth cause its bad for your enamel!. So I was wondering if Arm and Hammer toothpaste works (whitening) I heard it has a SAFE amount of baking soda that does not harm!.!.!. is this true!? Or is there a TOOTHPASTE, not method, that works better!?!?!? Thank you so much!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been using Arm and Hammer Advanced White w/baking soda and peroxide for 2 years and haven't noticed a bit of difference!. I drink one cup of coffee at least once a day!. I have tried everything and have finally given up!. I made an appointment to get an at home whitening kit from my dentist for $149!.

I have been using it for the past couple of months and don't think it works any better than any other toothpaste!. I also don't like the taste much - its not as freshening as I'd like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its salty, but it works!.!.!. you could also try Rembrant toothpaste!. if you want white teeth, crest white strips are awesome!Www@Answer-Health@Com
