Sometimes I go out to party and what not and can't wear my invisalign for the recommended time, so it gets cut down to 16 perhaps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are allowed to do whatever you want, although it is recommended for a reason!. the less you wear it the longer you have to wear it in the long run!. so you figure you only wear it for 16 hours a day (just an estimate) that is cutting off 8 hours a day!. that means you lose 56 hours a week which means you will have to wear it that much longer!. know what i mean!? so in the short run it is fine, but in the long run you might not be so happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
