Question: Please help ten points!. retainer question
so, like 2 years ago i had braces!. when i got them off i had a wire retainer for like!.!.!.1 year!? not even!? well then the ortho told me to quit using it!. so about uhm!.!.!.6 months later i think, (which would be yesterday) he said he would give me the clear plastic retainer!. but i don't want that, i want the wire one back!. is there anyway i could like ask for the wire one!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You definitely have a right as the patient to voice your opinion!. Most people like the clear retainer because it's not noticeable in the mouth, but if you prefer a wire one, they should honor your wishes!. They both do the same thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i like the wire better, but i also have a clear retainer too! it isnt that bad and the only downside is the junk that gets stuck in it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

my friend has one since it goes all aound your teeth (kinda like a "U" shape) whenever he takes it out all his saliva is in the bottom of the retainer!.!.!.
