My retainer was one I could take out, so if you can do the same, i would!. But soda is really bad for your teeth!. It wears down the enamel!. But I think drinking soda a few times with your retainer on won't hurt it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Soda can not only deteriorate your retainer-but also your teeth-kinda of the way battery acid would- My friend just had to have 12 crowns done-because of drinking "diet" mountain dew!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
