Question: I need bracess helpp>!?!?!!!!?
okay so i went to the ortho!. today and they told me i have to get braces=/!.!.!.!. can someone tell me about what foodsI'mm not gonna be able to eat !.!.!.!.!.!. and I'm afraidI'mm gonna look like a brace face are there any stylish braces out there !? ive been looking at Self Ligating Braces

Well I remember I ate normally except I didn't chew gum!. I would avoid eating hard food though which may cause brackets to fall of!.My dentist would replace them for free though!. The thing that bothered me the most was that it took a lot longer to get your teeth flossed!. Just keep your teeth as clean as possible!. Try not to miss your appointments because the more appointments you miss, the longer you will have your braces!. Don't worry about how they will look, Its not like your going to have a cast on your face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when u 1st get them u need to have soft foods like smoothies, yougurt, etc!.ur not going to look like a brace face, i have braces and if anyone on my team called me tht they know there screwed and also yeah they have alot of colors 2 chose from Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can't eat hard, sticky, crunchy or chewy foods!.
this includes mars bars, hard lollies, toffee, pork crackling, nuts, muesli bars, Minties, corn chips, or chewing gum!.

you cant eat apples off the core and you cant eat corn on the cob u arnt supposed to eat popcorn but i did anyway and u cant chew gum either i forgot wut elseWww@Answer-Health@Com
