Wow there are many since this has become so popular in the last several years!. I am a retired Dental Assistant and before I retired we had many request for bleaching!. First, everyone is not the same!. There are different stains some are intrinsic and extrinsic (within or on the surface) Most of the time we recommended the Crest whitening!. It did work!. My son used it and it was working but did make his teeth sensitive which is not unusual!. If you don't want to spend big bucks try one of the Crest products!. I personally make a baking soda paste myself and use it once or twice a month!. Having it professionally done can cost a bit!. An evaluation by your Dentist might be appropriate also!.
