Question: Has anybody ever experienced this kind of Abscess on tooth!?
hi im wondering if anyone as ever had this before - i recently banged my front tooth since this i keep getting a very small abcess filling up and draining itself, i'm not in any pain at all only when you press on my gum really hard i know its related to banging my tooth as the tooth throbs slightly not a painful throbbing, i can eat fine even ice cream its not sensative at all i spoke to my dentist this morning he says it dosent sound too bad to keep gargling salt water or corsodyl and as booked me in next week, but i just wanted to know if anybody else experienced this as everyone i know to have had an abcess as been in pain or had swelling,

hi cause it draining away and open there wont be to much pain as the pressure is released cause its draining away on its own !.However you need a course of antibiotics to clear the rest out and maybe a filling if you have a hole !.goodluckWww@Answer-Health@Com
You did the right thing in seeing the Dentist!. A tooth abcess can be very painful and left untreated has been know to cause heart attacks!.

I have had a bad tooth for a long time!. it rarely hurts!.but I was just told bout a week ago that a tooth can still get infected even if there is no pain!. not sure if thats what u were looking 4!.but hope it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
