Answers:
Bleeding gums is a sign of unhealthy gums!. It simply means that your gums are not being stimulated enough!.

To stimulate your gums and keep them healthy, you need to floss everyday!

You can also buy toothbrushes that will advertise some sort of gum stimulator!. Do you remember years ago those ugly little orange rubber picks that used to be on the end of every toothbrush!? Gum stimulators!
Most toothbrushes now will just have extra rubber bristles for your gums!.

Also, make sure you are brushing your teeth properly!. Ask your dentist the correct way!. It is absolutely not healthy for your gums to bleed and it does not mean you are brushing correctly!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recommend regular flossing to help combat gingivitis as well as using Jason brand Healthy Mouth mouthwash, this is what helped me when I developed the same issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have braces and i told my orodontist my gums were bleeding and she told me it was a good thing!. it means your brushing well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
