What does it mean when your gum?!
Question: What does it mean when your gum!?
!.!.!. When a part of the gum is only sensitive to brushing it with a tooth brush!? does it mean your brushing too hard!? or cavities !? Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
If you feel sensitivity it is on the tooth, I would recommend using a soft toothbrush and sensodyne TP!. Hard brushing causes the gums to recede and exposes softer part of the tooth (dentin)!. You could get a filling to cover that area however it is not a cavity (unless you notice a color change such as brown then it may be a cavity)!. Needless to say use the sensodyne and the sensitivity should diminish with time!.
If it is your gums that are sore/bleeding then it may be that you have tartar under the gums and is causing irritation!. A dental cleaning is recommended then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
