Question: Biting lips problem!?
i dont even realise im doing it untill it starts bleeding!. argh and it takes tim to heal!. What can i do to stop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you realize you're doing it, think back and try to figure out when you started and what you were doing!. For example, I tend to do it when I'm feeling anxious, so now that I'm aware of it if I find myself being anxious I can get something else to fiddle with so that I'm not biting my lips--incidentally I started biting my lips when I stopped biting my nails!.!.!. spray perfume or alcohol on your hand or someting like that then when you lick or bite your lips youll have an awful taste in your mouth and youll stop maybe you should wait til you stop bleeding tho lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Put something like vasiline or something really nasty on them, but doesn't hurt or sting them!. You'll hopefully quit right fast if you do that!.
