Having back teeth pains?!
Question: Having back teeth pains!?
My two top 10 yr!. old molars are hurting frequently!. It hurts pretty badly to chew, and I know I have cavities in both, but waiting for them to fall out!. How do I know if I need a root canal or not!?

Actually, you need to see a dentist!. Your age and the teeth that are bothering you are taken into account when deciding how to treat them!. The baby-teeth-molars are not lost until you are in your pre-teens, sometimes later!. They need to be there for chewing and to maintain space for the permanent teeth!. If they are ready to fall out, or will soon be ready, the doctor may take them out!. If they are beyond repair he may also take them out but will need to place a space maintainer if the permanent teeth are not ready to erupt!. Otherwise he may do a pulpotomy (a baby-tooth root canal) to save them!.
You need to be sure that they are baby teeth that are bothering you!. There is no such thing as 10 year molars!. There are 6 year molars though, and they are permanent teeth!. They erupt behind your baby teeth when you are around 6 years old!. These teeth are also your 1st molars in your permanent dentition and need to be saved if they are decayed!. You are much too young to lose them!.
Go to the dentist to be sure, do not wait for them to fall out!.!.!.they may not, as I said they could be adult teeth!. The longer you wait, the worse they will get!

You shouldn't let them rot until they fall out!. If you don't care about the teeth, get them pulled so they don't infect your other teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
