COLORS- It depends on where you go!. My orthodontist has pretty much every color except white(which you don't want anyways, it turns yellowish)!.
PAIN- They do hurt!. I advise periodically taking pain killers for the first day!. It depends on your pain tolerance too!. Eat soft and cold stuff at least on the first day and you should avoid unnecessary discomfort!.
RUBBER BANDS- I don't know ANYTHING about this one because I don't have them!

The first week they hurt, but after that they aren't so bad!. They can be uncomfortable sometimes but not really painful after the first week!. Do what ever your orthodontist says, and you can get them off faster!. I was supposed to have them for 2 years, but I wore my rubber bands all the time and got them off in less than a year and a half!. A friend of mine though, never wore their rubber bands and had theirs for over 3 years!.

i had braces for two years and i found them really painful!. you can get your braces in gold or silver (everyone gets silver) and you can get the bands in a bunch of colors!. I have heard that Mediterranean colors make your teeth look whiter!. Braces feel very strange the first week you have them, then every time you go in to get them tightened your teeth will be sore!. over all the results are amazing, and i hope they treat you well!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm not gonna lie!. braces hurt a LOT in the first few days and everytime you get them tightened, but it is sooo worth it! rubber bands hurt at first, but you get used to them after a while!. don't do what i did and not wear them everyday because i had my braces on for a lot longer than i could have!.
all the pain is worth it! i love my perfect straight teeth!. don't forget to wear your retainer post braces or else you will have gone through all that for nothing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

uncomfortable, wires poke your jaw, they give you wax to keep them from rubbing the inside of your mouth, take ibuprofen for discomfort!.!.!.
they have some cool colors, usually you can pick two, starting with your school colors would be cool or holiday colors!.!.!.they usually change them about 6 weeks apart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they KILL!!! you dont want them!.!.you cant eat a lot of foods!.!.they have every color!.!.and just to warn you!.!.your gonna get food stuck in your braces and you wont know it!.!.keep a mirror with you when you eat!
