Always use soft/supersoft toothbrush along with a flouridated tooth paste which has proven efficacy in inceasing acid resistance of enamel over a period of time!. Cavity prevention can be effective with effecient twice a day brushing and going easy with sticky food stuff rich in refined carbohydrates!. Dont run after some magical tooth paste!. If u want to lighten the color of your teeth, u will have to get dental bleaching done at a dental clinic!. Toothpastes do not give an effective bleach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
