How is an electric tooth brush better than a regular brush?!

If you are a perfect brusher, then maybe it doesn't make a difference!. But I have thin enamel due to over-brushing and other issues (I grind my teeth, and got them whitened as well) and when I use an electric toothbrush it is easier to clean without pressing hard because the brush head spins without me needing to apply any force!. I think the rotating action of an electric brush is also more effective than the back-and-forth action of a regular brush, especially at stimulating your gums (important for avoiding gum disease)!. The electric brush also makes it easier to brush for a full two minutes, because my brush beeps every 30 seconds to remind me to move quadrants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
