Question: Why does other people grind their teeth!?
My mother is grinding her teeth while sleeping!. I told her to stop it but she's not even aware of it!. She grinds her teeth while asleep but she couldn't do it when she's awake!.

It's pretty common for people to grind their teeth while they're asleep!. I did the same when I was younger but stopped a few years later!. If you want to stop the grinding, some drugstores sell something that you can put into your mouth to stop you from grinding your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's just like snoring!. Something you do subconsciously while sleeping!. Her dentist can fit her for a device to wear at bedtime to protect not only her teeth but your sanity!. That's a dreadful noise isn't it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
