When to brush my teeth after using crest whitening strips?!
Question: When to brush my teeth after using crest whitening strips!?
I have just bought crest whitening strips supreme!. I was just wondering!.!.!. when is the best time to wear them and when should I brush my teeth!? I heard from someone that you shouldn't brush your teeth immediately after having used the strips!. Is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You brush AND floss thoroughly first before putting the strips on so that all the plaque is removed otherwise it will create a barrier and prevent the strips form working!. Then I suggest waiting about 30 minutes after taking the strips off before eating or drinking!. I believe the directions say to wear them twice a day for 30 minutes, so after breakfast and before bed would be good!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
