My sister had a brace and was told to keep away from all acidic foods and drinks like fizzy drinks (even if they were diet ones) etc!. Your dentist should have given you proper dietary advice before sticking the damned things on you in the first place since if you don't know how to look after your braces you might end up with more problems than the ones the braces are supposed to be solving! do you drink alot of soda!? or eat stuff w/ alot of sugar!.!.!.they could be causing this problem!. try to brush your teeth better and use a mouthwash!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
