Answers:
start flossing!. it's food that got stuck in your teeth!. what you need to do is start flossing and in a couple of days it should be gone!. BUT don't stop flossing when it's gone!. make it a habit to floss after every meal and you will have healthy gums!. :)

oh! and visit the dentist twice a year and don't forget to brush too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the condition persists you may be suffering from Peritonitis which requires the skills of a oral hygienist to remove stuff that is building up around your tooth in the gum!. Flossing wont be enough!. People who eat a lot of sweets are prone to this, especially sucking sweets!. If the problem is not addressed teeth become loose in the gum and will eventually move out of place and then you need other help like braces for example to get them back!. Brushing one's teeth is very important as well as regular flossing and rinsing with a good mouth wash!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably have an infection in the gum tissue!. It is generally not a very serious issue!.
Brush very gently around the area, forgo the antiseptic mouth wash (it will only irritate it, any time I've had dental surgery I've been told not to use it), and rinse with a warm salt-water solution!.
If the problem doesn't clear up in a day or two, make a dental appointment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might not go away on its own if it turns out to be an infection!. If it feels painful and remains swollen, you should see a dentist as you might need antibiotics at least to clear it up!. On the other hand, it might be nothing!. Only time will tell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey don't worry all you have to do is floss!! lol
i had the same thing it wont go away the next day but after a few maybe 2 days it will go back to normal ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
