Question: I'm 11 And My Wisdom Teeth Have Grown Already!. Is That Normal To Happen!?
I recently told my friends that I'm growing Wisdom Teeth and one of them said your not suppose to grow them until your 17!. I just wanna know is that normal or not cause I'm a little worried!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are only 11, they are not your wisdom teeth!. They are the 2nd molars that are erupting into the mouth!. The 2nd molars erupt at around 12 years old!.!.!.hence, we dentists call them 12-year-molars!. Your first set comes in at 6 years old!.!.hence, 6-year-molars!. At this age, your wisdom teeth are still only developing!. Therefore, they will only be visible on an x-ray!. I wouldn't worry about the molars that are growing in!.
