Question: How can I stop sucking my 2 fingers!? [like a baby]!?
I am 16 years old, & I have this serious problem!. Its funny to others, but this is destroying my life!. I have braces, and I have about 6 more months until I get them off!. I had these braces in since the 8th grade, I am now in the 11th!!. I have to wear rubber-bands on my braces [night & day] but I can't because i'm always sucking my fingers, so this adds more months for my braces, and I get really disappointed in my self, because i know I can stop sucking my fingers, its just i need a solution! please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg i had this poblem too!
but here are some remediess i used to put things on the fingersi sucked like hot sauce or there is this stuff theat you put on your naills to stop bitign them it really helps because once you put it in your mouth its overwhelming and ill make you take them out
i also used to put a sock on my hand to keep me from doing it or you can cut hols in a tennis ball

replace this habit with another habit!. Chew gum, or write something down on a piece of paper every time you feel like you want to suck on your fingers!. Or just quit doing it cold turkey!. I just quit smoking cold turkey so if I could do that then you can quit sucking your fingers!.You just gotta put your mind to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
