Question: Our 5 year old son has been getting pains at the back of his gums!.!?
It's obviously not his wisdoms but i thought he would have got all his milk teeth through by now!. Is it just his back teeth coming through late!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would bet your son is starting to get his 6 year molars, which are the first adult teeth we get roughly around age 6!. They come in behind the baby teeth, but he will have them the rest of his life!.
A little Ambesol is good for this, it should be just a bit sore, but may get even more sore if he chews something hard that pushes on it!.
Now he will understand why teething babies are so crabby !Www@Answer-Health@Com
