Question: Home application of elastics!? PLEASE HELP QUICKLY!?
Today I went to get my brace tightened for the God knows how many times!! I have had them for 2 years so far and today I got given home elastic application!. I had to connect my left canine tooth to my bottom right canine for nightimes!. When I put it on the band runs behind my teeth and I can touch it with my tounge!.
My main question is the brace elastic meant to run behind when connected at the front of the tooth or infront of the teeth so I cannot touch it with my tounge!. Please help quickly Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry I was away to say yes you can feel it with your tongue but then I realised you have them going across your mouth not just on one side!.
