Very very important concerning teeth?!

My parents and I have reported this dentist who said in early 2007 that he also deals with orthodontics and has shown degrees and everything, he was only down the street from me, and I could easily commute there from school when needed!. The problem was he kept delaying the treatment and making excuses putting appliances in and not going with the braces!. He kept lying for months!. We will be getting a refund, but I am going to be a senior in high school and have college coming up!. He needs to get rid of the brackets on my teeth also, since he did not follow through and put the archwire in!. I am furious and so are my parents!. He has gotten reported!. Here is a pic of my teeth situation before the brackets!.
