I know your pain!.!. I am EXTREMELY sensitive to toothpaste, I couldn't use "real" toothpaste until I was 11 and had to use a Kiddy brand toothpaste!.!.!. I am very sensitive to alot of spicy foods too, and I can't eat peppermint because it burns my mouth!.!. can't have altoids or mints of any kind!. If this is the case seek out a milder toothpaste!.!.!. try Sensodyne gels!.!.!. they are better than the burning paste of other brands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have any dental hygiene issues, please try Tom's of Maine!. They don't use the overkill amount of artificial sweeteners that may be the cause of your "burning" that the rest do, but it gives the same result!.

They make some cool flavors and you need to will yourself to the taste!.

If this doesn't do the trick, you may be grinding / brushing too hard / have hygiene issues / etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the previous respondent, you should change toothpastes!. Burning is usually associated with a reaction of some kind, possibly to cinnamon flavoring!? If this problem persists, I would recommend you see your dentist!. They may have encountered patients with a similar issue and have some suggestions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
