Question: Questing about My Retainer!?
so my ortho said to let my retainer stay in water instead of letting it try out and get hard or whatever, but i only wear it at night and i forget to put it in alot and when u do that just sitting in regular water it can get gross!. so i end up cleaning it for like 20 min before i wear it again!.
Is there a way i can let it soak knowing it wont get all gross!?!?

For retainers, try and get a dental cleaner!. It can be bought at most stores and most of them allow the retainers to soak for hours and the retainer stays safe and clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First off what type of retainer do you have!?
The one with the metal, or the clear one!?
I have the metal one, and it's hard to get the gross stuff off, so I soak it in denture cleaner once in a while for about 2 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use half regualt water and teh other half mouth wash that way it gets clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
