So far, the most successful and promising teeth whitening solution I have found is GoSmile!. Basically they are little capsules with a patented technology, you flip the little capsule, squeeze and hear it cracking, then apply it on your tooth!. I'm not sure if you have to do it anywhere else other than the surface, but it whitens down into the surface of your tooth and not just the top!.
