Question: I have a question about grinding my teeth at night!.!?
I grind my teeth at night and the way that I found out was because at the dentist they could tell from the damage done to my teeth from the grinding!. If I begin to wear a night guard now will that make my teeth go back to normal!. Or the damage that was done to my teeth from the grinding is permanent!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I think that you could put on a night guard!.My husband does the same thing and he will not get one to this day his teeth has gotten a lot wrost!. And I do mean wrost!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
