Well, I just realized I haven't worn either in like two weeks, and my orthodontist appointment is in another two weeks!. Any way to make it appear like I've worn it a lot!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's kind of in your own best interest if you wear those, he could really care less either way!. I mean, it's not like a test or something and at the end of the day he gives you a gold star and a certificate "He Wore His Retainer and Headpiece All the Time!." If you wear YOUR retainer and headpiece, then YOUR teeth don't move and then YOUR smile looks good!.

Start wearing it now and fess up when you see the orthodontist!. If you don't wear them you are just going to have to wear them longer!. The orthodontist is going to be able to take one look at your teeth and be able to tell!.
