You don't have to pay!. Once time, I was picking my bracket and it fell off!. It was the day I got it tightened!. So, during the next day I had to go in and get it fixed!. No money and charges!. But it was painful because I just got my braces tighten and my gums were sore!. So never play with them or pick at them!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im not positive if this is the same scenario but, my wire slipped out of place and started oking into my cheeks and they just pulled it back into place!. The end!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
