it makes them feel so clean and I don't like the toxins that reg!. tooth pastes have and the natural ones are very expensive, plus don't do a good job!. Will baking soda destroy my enamel!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use it like once a week or once every 2 weeks to once a month because its good in moderation sometimes ill mix it in with my tooth paste too for a little extra clean, I just feel like it makes my teeth much cleaner and my breath fresher, you can use it as a mouth wash an anti acid!. If you like natural tooth paste go to GNC and check for sales- I got a lot of them on sale, my favorites were the clear ones like kiss my face and jason aloe tooth paste!. Baking soda is very abrasive to the enamel of the teeth and will wear it away!. Stop using it on a daily basis!. Once in a while is more than enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
